Returns of standard items
- Non-personalized items can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- The item must be unused, undamaged and in original condition .
- Return costs are for the customer.
Exception: Personalized products
- Custom made and personalized orders (such as items with a name, date or embroidery) cannot be returned .
- This also applies to digital files and custom orders.
